Made-to-Order Products
All items are made to order, meaning each product is created specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Change of mind
- Incorrect color selection
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We only offer refunds or replacements if the item you received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted or incorrect
If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Once your claim is reviewed, we will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
You do not need to return the damaged product.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unclaimed package
We may offer reshipping, but additional shipping fees may apply.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Digital Products Policy
Because our products (phone wallpapers, eBooks, etc.) are digital assets and are delivered instantly via download, we enforce a strict NO REFUND policy. Once the purchase is complete and the file link is generated, the sale is final.

Exceptions (Duplicate Purchases)
The only exception to this policy is if you accidentally purchased the same wallpaper twice in the same transaction. If this happens, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase with your order number, and we will refund the duplicate charge.

If you experience any issues downloading your wallpaper, if the link expires, or if the file appears corrupted, please do not open a dispute with your payment provider. Contact us directly at
